Indirect BuyerTabor or Valmez – starting immediately

In this new created position, you will drive our indirect purchasing strategy for our plants in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You’ll manage suppliers, monitor costs, and achieve set goals. You'll enhance the competitiveness of our purchasing practices, minimize risks, and ensure the timely delivery in the agreed quality.

Your tasks:

• Strategic Purchasing: Implement and lead indirect purchasing strategies, collaborate on cost-saving plans, and optimize budgets through cost analysis and supplier competition.

• Supplier Management: Manage the supplier panel, negotiate contracts, and build long-term supplier relationships.

• Productivity & Reporting: Provide monthly productivity reports, maintain performance databases, and support productivity initiatives.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure supplier adherence to IATF and HSE standards, manage performance using QCD indicators, and update supplier quality data for audits.

Your profile:

• You have completed relevant education, preferably academic.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in indirect purchasing within the automotive sector or a similar industry.

• You have excellent command of Czech and Slovak, are fluent in English, and proficiency in German is a plus. Additionally, you bring strong IT skills, including expertise in MS Office, Google Workspace, and knowledge of SAP.

• You master the art of negotiation and value close collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.

• You are an organizational talent who thrives in a dynamic environment.
